This 28 day minimum rental home has 3 bedroom 1 bath home has great boating access. There is ample outdoor living space that includes outdoor furniture BBQ Grill and dining table. Deep water with access to the Atlantic and Gulf for great fishing and diving.

This home has a maximum capacity of 6 people.

This ground floor home is handicap accessible.    Bring your boat and dock it in your back yard on the 60' seawall. Very easy access to the open Atlantic Ocean and Gulf.  This home has a fully equipped kitchen, big screen Smart TV, wifi, and tile flooring.

Enjoy a day and nightlife in Key West just 20 miles from this home.  There are many local restaurants, bars within a 10 mile radius.  Grocery and Drug Store only 6 miles away.  Bahia Honda State Park and National Key Deer Refuge are a short drive in Big Pine Key.

Our cancellation policy is below

Cancellation: If you cancel your reservation in writing 90 days or more before your arrival, you will receive a full refund, less a cancellation fee of $25.00 and Administrative fee. If you cancel less than 90 days before arrival, your payment and any prepaid rent will be refunded only if we are able to procure another rental for that same period. If no rental is procured, you will lose your payment and any prepaid rent, not to exceed the amount of your rental. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival, there will be no refund. If the Florida Keys are closed to visitors because of COVID-19 or there is a mandatory evacuation in effect for your arrival date, you will be offered a refund or to reschedule your stay.
