Amazing 4 bedroom/3 bath Ocean Front Home on Cudjoe Key with; heated pool, dock, screened in porch and great ocean views.  Sleeps 10+

King Bedroom:  Master bedroom with open air porch overlooking the ocean and pool. Master bath has walk in shower and jetted tub.
King  Bedroom:  First floor Master with private bath room with a walk in shower.  Large sitting room with queen sleeper sofa.
Queen Bedroom:  Second Floor queen bedroom with use of shared hall bath.
Queen Bedroom:  First Floor queen bedroom with a sleeper sofa and use of shared hall bath.
Living Room:  55" TV, Fold out couch.
Kitchen:  Fully stocked with blender toaster, coffee maker, microwave oven.   Full supply of; dishes, bowls, silverware, stemware, drinking glasses, pots, pans and utensils.
Linens:  All sheets, towels and beach towels provided.  Iron and ironing board. 
Supplies:  Dish soap, dishwasher soap, dish sponge,a starter supply of trash bags, bar soap and liquid hand soap in bathrooms, propane for grill, one full roll of paper towels, one extra full roll of toilet paper per bath.  We do not supply laundry soap.
Outdoor Features:  Propane grill, lounge chairs, There are a couple kayaks for your use.  You may rent additional kayaks locally.
Boat Dockage:   Long pier with 12’ floating dock for boats up to 24’.  
Parking:  Contract is for 3 cars and 1 boat trailer.  Please let us know if you need additional parking. 
Central A/C:  Not to be set below 72 degrees.
Other:  Washer/Dryer, wireless internet, cable TV
Location:  20 minutes from Key West, 15 minutes from Bahia Honda State Park.
Pool: Large, private, fenced pool with spill over spa. 

This home is priced based on the number of guests.  The base rate is for up to 6 guests.  Additional guests fee is $25 per night per person plus taxes.

Our Cancellation policy is:

Cancellation:  If you cancel your reservation in writing 90 days or more before your arrival, you will receive a full refund, less a cancellation fee of $25.00 and Administrative fee.  If you cancel less than 90 days before arrival, your payment and any prepaid rent will be refunded only if we are able to procure another rental for that same period. If no rental is procured, you will lose your payment and any prepaid rent, not to exceed the amount of your rental.  If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival, there will be no refund.  If The Florida Keys are closed to visitors because of the COVID-19 pandemic for your arrival date, you will be offered the opportunity to reschedule your reservation or receive a refund.  

Non-Refundable Damage Deposit Waiver: Instead of charging a security deposit, Host charges a non-refundable $74 damage waiver fee that covers up to $3000 for damage to real or personal property of the vacation rental property as a result of your acts or omissions.
