3 bedroom/2 and 1/2 bath Ocean Front Home on Cudjoe Key with heated dipping pool, private beach, boat dock, kayaks, hammock and great ocean views.  Sleeps 4+ 

​First Bedroom:  King bed with ocean view - shares the hall bath  

Second Bedroom:  King Bed with hall bath with tub/shower.

Third Bedroom:  Queen Bed with trundle.

1/2 Bath located just outside the main entrance in the laundry room
Living Room:   Full size futon, flat screen TV, DVD Player
Kitchen:  Fully stocked with blender toaster, coffee maker (dual Keurig), microwave oven.  Full supply of; dishes, bowls, silverware, stemware, drinking glasses, pots, pans and utensils.
Linens:  All sheets, towels and beach towels provided.  Iron and ironing board.
Supplies:  Dish soap, dishwasher soap, dish sponge, kitchen trash bags, bar soap and liquid hand soap in bathrooms, propane for grill, one full roll of paper towels, one extra full roll of toilet paper per bath.  We do not supply laundry soap.
Outdoor Features:  Propane grill, lounge chairs, There are a couple kayaks for your use.  You may rent additional kayaks locally.
Boat Dockage:  30’ floating dock for boats up to 24’
Parking:  Contract is for 2 cars and 1 boat trailer.  Please let us know if you need additional parking. 
Central A/C:  Not to be set below 70 degrees.
Other:  Washer/Dryer, ice maker in refrigerator, wireless internet, cable TV.
Location:  20 minutes from Key West, 15 minutes from Bahia Honda State Park.
