The Conch House is a very special little piece of paradise located at mile marker 28.5 on Little Torch Key.  Enjoy a swim in your private heated pool that lies between the house and the ocean. You can dock your boat right in your own front yard!! It sits on the open water on Pine Channel on the Gulf side of the Keys. The newly constructed cement L shaped dock can accommodate up to a 26’ boat   There are stakes to go between to get into the boat basin. The depth at high tide is 36” and 18” at low tide. Boating access is unsurpassed, only minutes to American Shoals and Looe Key Marine Sanctuary. If you prefer the back country, Contents Key and world class fly fishing is an easy boat ride. There is a fish cleaning table at the end of the dock when you return with your catch. 

Another unique feature of the Conch House is the small “beach area” where you can launch your kayak, paddle board or windsurfer. The house comes with 2 kayaks (one single, and one double) for your enjoyment. You can fish from the dock, swim in the protected boat basin and enjoy the beautiful sunrises over Pine Channel. Pine Channel is one of the cleanest and deepest channels in the lower Keys. Enjoy the warm sunshine, tropical breezes and beautiful blue green water right in your front yard. 

The Conch House is approximately 28 miles from Key West. Key West offers gourmet dining, unique shops, exciting night life, and a touch of history.  Bahia Honda State Park is a short 15-minute drive. Big Pine Key, the next island to the north, has grocery stores, pharmacies, and dining. And of course, you must look for the endangered Key Deer!

This tastefully decorated gulf front home has 4 bedrooms and 3 and 1/2 baths. 

All rooms are individually climate controlled. The house has Wi-Fi, cable television, and a full-sized stacked washer and dryer. The kitchen is well appointed with an electric stove, ice maker in the refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, and a good assortment of pots and pans, dishes and glasses. 

The bedrooms all have their own private bathrooms and televisions   Two bedrooms have kings size beds, one has a queen and the bunk room has a twin over full. It is perfect for up to 6 ADULTS AND 2 CHILDREN. Exceeding this limit without the owners permission will cause immediate eviction and forfeiture of all funds.  This home is NOT pet friendly.

Kitchen Fully stocked with blender, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, dishes, bowls, silverware, stemware, drinking glasses, pots pans and utensils. 

Dining area. Large table that seats eight comfortably plus 3 bar stools at the counter area

Screened porch. Additional seating areas and breath-taking view

Linens. All sheets, towels, and beach towels are provided. Iron and ironing board

Supplies. Dish soap, dishwasher soap, sponge, some kitchen trash bags, and liquid hand soap. One full roll of toilet paper and one extra roll in each bathroom. One roll of paper towels. We do not supply laundry detergent. 

Outdoor Features. Propane gas barbecue grill. We provide the propane. Bait freezer and beverage refrigerator under the house.  

Parking. Three vehicles and one boat trailer. 

Air Conditioning. All rooms have climate control AC and are not to be set below 70 degrees.  The house has 2300 square feet of living space.
