This is a 6 bedroom 4 bathroom home on the OCEAN - The upper deck provides spectacular views of the open water.  There is a private pool and lots of outside space for lounging.

Fully equipped kitchen, all linens, beach towels are provided. 2 washers and 2 dryers.  Just bring your personal items and enjoy!

We can accommodate a maximum of 12 guests at this home.

 You may bring or rent ONE boat up to 24’ in length.  The dock is shared and the water is shallow with about. 2’ draft getting out to the main channel. 

The dock, gazebo, kayaks and kayak launch will be shared space with the Blue Palms Retreat I home.  There are a couple kayaks for your use.  You may rent additional kayaks locally.

Relax on one of the porches overlooking The Atlantic Ocean with a cool breeze and a libation. Take a swim in your own private pool. This home is fully equipped with all kitchen essentials, linens, beach towels a propane BBQ grill. Don’t feel like cooking, walk to Broil Restaurant, or take a short drive to Square Grouper Restaurant and many others that are close by. Be sure to head into Key West for the many adventures that await, gift shopping, restaurants, museums and Duval Street This home is 20 miles to Key West, 10 miles to Winn Dixie Grocery and Walgreens Pharmacy. 

This home is priced based on the number of guests.  The base rate is for up to 6 guests.  Additional guests fee is $25 per night per person plus taxes.

Our Cancellation policy is:

Cancellation:  If you cancel your reservation in writing 90 days or more before your arrival, you will receive a full refund, less a cancellation fee of $25.00 and Administrative fee.  If you cancel less than 90 days before arrival, your payment and any prepaid rent will be refunded only if we are able to procure another rental for that same period. If no rental is procured, you will lose your payment and any prepaid rent, not to exceed the amount of your rental.  If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival, there will be no refund.  If The Florida Keys are closed to visitors because of the COVID-19 pandemic for your arrival date, you will be offered the opportunity to reschedule your reservation or receive a refund.  

Non-Refundable Damage Deposit Waiver: Instead of charging a security deposit, Host charges a non-refundable $74 damage waiver fee that covers up to $3000 for damage to real or personal property of the vacation rental property as a result of your acts or omissions.
