• Linens:  All sheets, towels and beach towels provided.  Iron and ironing board.  
• Supplies:  Dish soap, dishwasher soap, dish sponge, some large trash bags, bar soap and liquid hand soap in bathrooms, propane for grill, one full roll of paper towels, one extra full roll of toilet paper per bath.  ​
• Outdoor Features:  Propane BBQ, Hammock  
• Boat Dockage:  Tall pier for boats up to 24.  The dock is shared with the Latitudes Home guests. The water is shallow, about a 2' draft getting out to the channel.
• Parking:  Contract is for 2 cars and 1 boat trailer.  Please let us know if you need additional parking.   
• Central A/C:  Not to be set below 70 degrees.
