This 28 day minimum rental home is a private getaway with lush tropical plantings and stunning ocean views. Upstairs you'll find a grand master bedroom and bath that opens up to the balcony. A second spacious bedroom and bath are tucked away behind the modern kitchen and open living room.  The space downstairs has another two bedrooms with baths, and a living room, dining area and coffee bar. Outside living on both levels with plenty of room to spread out. The home has two kayaks for your use, bbq grill, modern kitchen with all cookware/dishes, luxury linens, and ample space to dock your boat at the seawall.

Our cancellation policy is below

Cancellation: If you cancel your reservation in writing 90 days or more before your arrival, you will receive a full refund, less a cancellation fee of $25.00 and Administrative fee. If you cancel less than 90 days before arrival, your payment and any prepaid rent will be refunded only if we are able to procure another rental for that same period. If no rental is procured, you will lose your payment and any prepaid rent, not to exceed the amount of your rental. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival, there will be no refund. If the Florida Keys are closed to visitors because of COVID-19 or there is a mandatory evacuation in effect for your arrival date, you will be offered a refund or to reschedule your stay.
